1. As well as framing our faces and contributing to how we look, our eyebrows express a wealth of emotion and feelings which we are unable to hide away from! This is due to the fact that many of the muscles used to create facial expressions are attached or connected to other muscles making their actions and movements involuntary. This leads to gestures that show how we really feel about a situation no matter how hard you try to hide it, so be warned!
2. Another interesting fact about eyebrows is that they help people to recognise others more effectively then eyes themselves. So keep yours looking beautiful and groomed as you never know when you (or somewhere else) might need to study them closely next!
3. The third interesting fact about eyebrows we have for you is that on average, a person has between 250-500 hairs per eyebrow which have a lifespan on average of four months and grow back twice as slowly as the hair on your hand. An eyebrow which is not taken care of and groomed has about 1,000 or more hairs, so get those tweezers out!
4. Finally, did you know that the world record for the longest eyebrow hair is nearly six inches! This title belongs to Toshie Kawakami at the Guiness World Records Museum in Tokyo.
